Hi, I'm Jaimin Makwana.

Aspiring SOC Analyst | Cybersecurity Enthusiast, Passionate about threat detection, network security, and security operations. Building hands-on cybersecurity projects, including a wireless honeypot and real-time SOC dashboard, to explore attack detection, monitoring, and incident analysis.

"Securing systems. Detecting threats. Learning every day."

About Me

I am an aspiring Cybersecurity Professional pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (Cyber Security) at Silver Oak University. My key interests include SOC Operations, Threat Detection, Network Security, Digital Forensics, and Cybercrime Investigation.

I have developed HoneyGrid, a smart wireless honeypot and real-time SOC dashboard using ESP32, ESP8266 and web technologies, along with an ESP8266-based Wi-Fi Penetration Testing Tool to explore Evil Twin and deauthentication attacks in controlled environments.

Beyond project development, I am interested in Security monitoring, vulnerability assessment, incident analysis, and digital forensic investigation. I continuously work on strengthening my technical skills and understanding how cyber threats can be detected, analyzed, and mitigated. I am currently seeking cybersecurity internship opportunities to gain practical experience and contribute to real-world security challenges.

Projects

🌟 Flagship Project

Smart Wireless Honeypot & Real-Time SOC Dashboard (HoneyGrid)

Developed a wireless honeypot system using ESP32 & ESP8266 to capture and monitor raw 802.11 attack vectors (Deauth, Beacon, Probe, Karma and Evil-Twin Attack). Additional Attacks ( HTTP_Flood, ARP_Spoof, PORT_Scan, Brute_Force). Integrated a real-time web SOC dashboard using WebSockets to display live attack alerts, connected devices, and health metrics.
